What I offer

Subscription. $2,500 per month. Month-to-month.

• One 50-minute video call per week. We pick the most important thing on your mind and work it through.
• Unlimited async messaging between calls. Text, voice notes, screenshots, links. I respond within a working day, usually faster.
• Monthly strategic review document. One page: key decisions, patterns I noticed across our conversations, open questions, one experiment to run.
• One deck or document of yours read in depth each month, outside of sessions.

What I do not do. I do not write code for you. I do not introduce you to investors. I am not a fractional executive. The product is weekly coaching plus async thinking partnership, nothing else.

Cancel any month. No contract. No clawback. If the verification session does not feel valuable, do not subscribe. You owe me no reason.

I keep the subscription roster small. When I am at capacity, new clients go on a waitlist.

For comparison: a fractional CPO runs $5,000–15,000 per month or 0.5–2% equity. This subscription is fixed cash, no dilution, and adds the coaching layer on top.

Most decisions show up between sessions, not in them. The async access is what makes the difference. You stop saving every question for the call. I become an embedded thinking partner you can ping when you need a sanity check, a counterargument, or a frame for the thing you are about to do.

Your time commitment. Three to five hours per month: the four calls plus async exchanges. The review document is mine to produce, not yours to write.

After three months. You have a written record of the decisions you made or chose not to make, the pattern in how you make them, and one habit you have stopped second-guessing.

Verification single session. $200, 50 minutes. One per client. Use it to check whether we work well together before committing to the subscription. After the session, you either subscribe or we part ways.

Why me

I have spent twenty years making internet products. CTO. Head of product at Mail.ru Group, one of Russia's largest internet companies. Founder and product owner of two consumer marketplaces that each reached over a million monthly users. I have launched things that worked. I have killed things that did not. I have lived in three countries on three different terms (Russia, Turkey, Spain) and rebuilt a working life in each.

Most coaches selling to founders have never been one. Most founders selling coaching are still operating and have no formal training. I have PCC-level training and ICF certification at the ACC level (the PCC certification waits on hours logged), 150+ hours of practice, and twenty years as an operator. I am not a master coach yet; thousands of hours of practice make one. What I bring is the operator's eye for what really matters, and a habit of seeing the structure underneath the problem.

What if I miss a week? Tell me. We move the call to async or roll the slot. No clawback.

Can I pause for a month? Yes. Pause the subscription and resume when ready. Your slot stays open for a week after pause; after that I may have given it away.

Do you take equity? No. Cash only. Equity changes the relationship. I want to stay a thinking partner, not become a stakeholder.

What if we are not a fit at the verification session? Then we part ways. No subscription pressure. You keep the hour of thinking. I keep the $200; the session was real coaching either way.
