Coaching to think clearly
I am an ICF-certified coach (ACC) building practice hours toward PCC certification. This page is for everyone who is not a founder or product leader. If you have never tried coaching before, this is the lowest-friction way to do it.
You leave each session with a clearer view of the choice, a next action, or a frame you did not have when you walked in.
What I bring
I am not a typical coach.
I have lived in three countries on three different terms: Russia, Turkey, Spain. I have built businesses in two of them, in two languages. I speak three languages daily. I have rebuilt my professional life and my personal life from scratch more than once.
My therapists and the people closest to me have told me, separately and over years, that I have a natural talent for coaching. For hearing what is actually being said. For seeing the structure underneath someone's situation. For asking the question that opens the room.
I have done over four years of personal therapy and several intensive retreats. I have PCC-level training and ICF certification at the ACC level, with 150+ hours of coaching practice. I am at the beginning of the practice and I am honest about that. What I bring on top of the listening is a lifetime of figuring out my own life under non-standard conditions, and a habit of recognizing the structure underneath what is going on.
I also have ADHD. I have built a working system for managing it, and that system informs how I work with clients who have similar wiring. You do not need to have ADHD to work with me. But if you do and most coaches feel like a mismatch in rhythm, I will probably feel different.
I work in English, Spanish, and Russian.
Who this is for
Anyone working through a question, decision, transition, or block. Career. Relationships. Money. Health. Identity. The next move. You bring the topic. I bring the coaching.
If you are a founder, solopreneur, or product leader looking for an embedded thinking partner, see the founders coaching page instead. The format and the offer there are different.
